Gospel artiste and minister, Kevin Downswell says his wish for Jamaica in 2026 is for Jamaicans to focus more on God. The You Make Me Stronger singer told Observer Online on Thursday, shortly after a spiritual performance at the Funfest event at Hope Gardens, that the things people chase will eventually vanish. “My wish for Jamaicans is to focus on God. You’ll never lose. The Bible says seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and al. So the things that we’re chasing after I want us to realise that those will vanish, but God said, put your eyes on me, put your focus on me and watch everything else come together.
